OUR STORY
From a little shop in Melbourne to blooms across the world. Brunswick Blooms began long before the first flower box was ever delivered.
It started with a little store called Willow & Co. in Niddrie, Melbourne. A beautiful bricks-and-mortar space built around flowers, gifting and creating thoughtful experiences for our customers.
For four wonderful years, we poured our hearts into the business and became part of our local community. Along the way, we learned something important: people weren't simply buying flowers. They were buying a way to connect, celebrate, comfort and show they cared.
We also noticed something else. Customers would travel from all over Melbourne to visit us and often say:
"If only you could deliver these to my family." "
I'd buy so much more if I could send them to people."
It became clear that people wanted a way to share the experience beyond our little corner of Melbourne.

At the same time, life was changing for us too. Between running the business and growing our family, we suddenly found ourselves with three children under four and a half.
Our days were busy, our hands were full, and we knew it was time to rethink what came next.
After four incredible years, we made the difficult decision to say goodbye to Willow & Co. and focus on building something online, a business that could grow alongside our young family while making our blooms accessible to more people.
Then 2020 arrived.
And everything changed.
As the world shut down during the COVID pandemic, people found themselves separated from family, friends and loved ones.
Birthdays were celebrated from afar. Milestones were missed. Simple acts of connection suddenly became impossible.
But flowers could still say what words sometimes couldn't.
"I'm thinking of you."
"I miss you.""Congratulations.""
I'm here."
And so, Brunswick Blooms was born.

We started small, delivering bouquets across Melbourne. Every order was packed by hand, every delivery mattered, and every customer felt personal.
But from the beginning, we felt there was an opportunity to do something differently.
We didn't want flowers to arrive in a standard cardboard box.
We wanted to transform the experience of receiving them.
Instead of a courier handing over a bouquet at the front door, we imagined a recipient carrying a beautiful package inside, opening it in their own time and discovering something thoughtfully created just for them.
A moment of anticipation.
A moment of surprise.
A moment of connection.
Who is it from?
What's inside?
Why did they think of me?
That vision became our signature Y Box.
More than packaging, it was designed to turn a flower delivery into an experience.
Over time, we added carefully curated extras. Candles, chocolates, cocktails and luxury gifts — all chosen to make gifting feel even more meaningful.
Because flowers are beautiful.
But the feeling they create is what people remember.
Today, what started as a small family business delivering flowers around Melbourne has grown further than we ever imagined.

We are incredibly proud to have evolved from local flower deliveries into an Australia-wide gifting brand, helping people celebrate life's biggest moments and smallest gestures alike.
And most recently, we've taken Brunswick Blooms across the Pacific with the launch of Brunswick Blooms New York City.
From Melbourne to Manhattan, our mission remains the same.
To help people connect.
To help people celebrate.
To help people show they care.
The locations may have changed.
The scale may have changed.
But the philosophy hasn't.
We're still family-owned.
We're still hands-on.
And we're still involved in every detail.
Behind every order is the same family that started this journey with a simple belief:
The best gifts aren't just received.
They're experienced.
Brunswick Blooms
Gift a Moment.

The people behind the blooms
We're Nick & Krystyna, the husband-and-wife team behind Brunswick Blooms.
What started with a little Melbourne store, followed by three babies, a global pandemic and a lot of flowers, has grown into something we are incredibly proud of.
We're still a family-run business.
We're still hands-on.
And we're still genuinely excited every time someone chooses Brunswick Blooms to celebrate someone they love.
From our family to yours, thank you for being part of our story.

At Brunswick Blooms we take great pride in the quality of our roses, which are shipped with protective guard petals to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Guard petals are the outer layers of a rose that serve as a shield, protecting the delicate inner petals from damage during transit. These petals help maintain freshness and prevent bruising, allowing your roses to bloom beautifully upon arrival.
To prepare your roses for display, simply remove the guard petals by gently peeling them away from the base. This not only enhances the beauty of your bouquet but also allows the inner petals to fully open and showcase their vibrant colors.
