The vase the Tulips came in was beautiful and quality vase. It was the perfect size too. If you wanted to be disappointed for your special day then look no further. My bf bought me the floral muse bouquet for our first anniversary which was received timely for same day. Vase came broken, flowers came damaged with petals broken off and the exclusive coloured box they advertise came damaged in both corners, which is weird when that box is wrapped within another box assuming not to damage the exclusive coloured box. Mine must of been damaged in the warehouse prior to sending it out to me. The team have been able to send out a replacement vase via normal courier so im 6 days without a vase for my flowers and still counting … the whole point of the purchasing vase was to prolong the flowers life which i cannot do. The team have advised me they cant assist me any further not even replacing the flowers or refund. This bouquet alone was not worth its money.
